Originally licensed in 1987 as a Real Estate
agent in Maryland, Lee started her career in commercial leasing
and property management for a large New York developer where
she was personally mentored by the president. In her desire
to broaden her experience, she joined, in 1994, a real estate
consulting company in Los Angeles, to spearhead their customer
satisfaction survey and performance measurement research division
where she successfully developed hundreds of national corporate
commercial real estate clients and over a million survey participants.
In 1999, Lee launched Consultant Providers successfully
focusing her considerable experience in raising the bar on
marketing customer satisfaction surveys nationally to real
estate companies.
In December 2003, Lee and her husband Didier
Ciambra moved to Las Vegas with a view to working together
in the real estate business. Didier’s entrepreneurial
acumen and finance background coupled with Lee’s real
estate and customer satisfaction ethos was a perfect fit in
building a strong team whose strengths so naturally complemented
each other.
Lee continues to practice commercial real estate.
However, after spending 18 years dealing exclusively with
corporate accounts, her decision to extend her focus into
the residential real estate market brings her invaluable experience
to serve her residential clients. Focusing her customer service
philosophy, integrity and her desire to continually exceed
her customer’s expectations, she helps her customers’
achieve their personal real estate goals.
In Lee’s words:
“The title “sales person”
never really appealed to me because the success I achieved
throughout my career was accomplished by building strong and
lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
I was never able to sell something I didn’t believe
in and I could never “push a sale” if it was not
a best fit. Redirecting my career to include residential real
estate as I turn 40 has a fitting poetry about it. Family,
friends and my place in the world have become more important
to me. Knowing that I am sharing my knowledge and experience
freely with my customers brings me a personal satisfaction
in everything I do.”
