I had the pleasure of first meeting Didier and Lee at an open house. At the time, I was living in California and was merely being a "lookey-loo" at that particular home but was in the very early stages of relocating to Las Vegas. At the open house, I began chatting with

Didier and Lee and instantly felt comfortable with them. It was obvious to me that they were very knowledgeable about the market, and I trusted that they would steer me in the right direction, being that I was very new to the experience. As it turned out, my instincts were right. I met with Didier a few days later to look at some properties. He showed up to our appointment with a comprehensive booklet containing every bit of information you could possibly want on all of the different properties that we had discussed. Having the overview of all of the properties, we were quickly able to narrow our search down and focus on viewing the homes that truly fit my criteria. This saved us valuable time and energy and kept us from driving around to properties only to find that they weren't of interest to me.

As we toured the various homes and condominiums that first day, Didier took extensive notes on comments I made about each home and was very careful to find out exactly what it was that I did or did not like about a particular home. By the end of the day, he and I were both confident that he knew exactly what it was that I was looking for.
Over the next couple of weeks, Didier and I kept in close contact via e-mail and we worked together to narrow my search even more. I continually felt like I must have been driving him crazy with all of my special requests and changes to my initial criteria for a house, but he never so much as blinked at any of it. He very happily changed my search criteria and worked diligently to find me the perfect home.

On my next visit out to Las Vegas, I met with both Lee and Didier to tour more properties. And I have to say...what a nice day that was. They are both just such nice people and so easy to be around that I felt like I was in the company of friends. Being that I was going to be brand new to the area, we decided to look at rental properties as well as homes for sale. I felt that maybe I should live here a few months before purchasing in order to get to know the area a bit better. Lee and Didier were so supportive of that decision. I never once felt like they wanted to talk me into something more. They were both set on helping me find whatever was going to be most comfortable for me. So we set out and looked at various properties. We began looking at noon and around four o'clock we toured Park Avenue Condominiums. We took a look at two different condos, and I was instantly sold. As Lee and Didier had assured me I would, I had found my home, and I knew it immediately. The three of us went back to their office and did a major search of all the units that were available in Park Ave. And then we went back to the property. We walked around all of the buildings touring different units until eight o'clock at night! We had been out for eight hours and Lee and Didier were both just as gung ho as I was. The next day I signed a lease for a beautiful two-bedroom condo, and I can guarantee that when my lease is up I will be calling on Lee and Didier to help me to purchase a home here.

I truly can't say enough about the two of them. They were both so incredibly helpful and patient in finding me my home. And when we did find it, they were just as excited for me as I was! Everyone should be lucky enough to find such hard-working, professional realtors as I found in Didier and Lee.

I have been living in my new home for three weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's absolutely perfect!
